100 ml liquid almond cream
200 gr dark chocolate
1 table spoon of rice flour
1 tea spoon of garam masala
100 gr coconut flower sugar
1 tea spoon of coconut oil
Whip the eggs white and keep aside
In a pan, over a gentle heat, cook the almond cream, the dark chocolate, and the Garam Masala. Mix well.
In a salad bowl, mix the 5 yellow eggs, the rice flour, the sugar and the chocolate mix of the pan.
Add gently the whites
Pre-heat your oven on 220°
Choose a beautiful pie dish and spread the preparation.
According to your oven, heat it for 10 to 15 minutes, and check with a knife. If you want the perfect fondant, the chocolate mix should be melting from your knife…
