GF VEGGY TORTILLA

GLUTEN FREE TORTILLA

INREDIENTS: (4 servings)

*2 cups  Gluten Free All Purpose Flour

*4 Tbs. of coconut oil, room temperature)

*3/4 tsp. sea salt

*1 cup warm water

THE ART :

  1. In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients (flour and salt) and mix with your hand evenly.
  2. Slowly pour the water on the bowl and mix evenly until you get a nice ball of dough.
  3. You may need slightly more or less water to get the ideal consistency.
  4. Make small balls and set aside. Let sit for approximately 30 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare your topping with whatever you prefer.

 

VEGGIES

INREDIENTS: (4 servings)

*2 carrot

*2 green zucchini

*2 yellow zucchini

*cilantro

*2 Tbs of coconut oil

*2 tsps tamari sauce (gluten gree soy sauce)

* Nutmeg

THE ART :

  1. Wash and peel all veggies.
  2. Shred them and in warm sauce pan, add the coconut oil and add all veggies in till you get a nice crispy brown texture.
  3. Mix in with chopped cilantro and top on your tortillas. Enjoy!
