3 ingredients smoothie

Easy way to detox with 3 simple ingredients your body in the morning! I LOVE IT!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 inch fresh ginger

THE ART:

Well… it is so easy….  you just need your mixer 😉

Put the 3 magical ingredients together with a glass of fresh water. I use some chia seed to decorate….. and DRINK IT!

I love to start the morning with a big glass of detox juice. It helps me to feel well hydrated after my morning yoga practice and keep under control my big appetite, so I can have a lighter breakfast.
