Ingredients: (1 bowl)
- 1 cup of chickpeas
- 2 cup of boiling water
- 1/2 onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3 tbs of olive oil
- 1 tbs of fresh cilantro
- 1 garlic
- 1tbs salt/pepper
ART
- Soak the chickpeas overnight.
- Smoke the pepper until the skin is burnt. Once done, let it cool down and peel it off.
- In a pot cook the chickpeas with the garlic, water, salt, pepper, and smoked pepper until tender.
- Serve with love and garnish with fresh coriander.
