Cold pressed love

Cold pressed juices are not only healthier but more delicious as compared to regular juices. They allow us to keep all the vitamins and enzymes of the fruits and vegetable. A tall glass of cold-pressed juice is the closest you will come to, to actually eating a fruit or vegetable, while keep all of its nutritional goodness.

Ingredients: (1 glass)

  • 1 beetroot
  • 1 cup of raspberry
  • 1 juiced lemon
  • Basil

ART

  1. Juice your lemon.
  2. Cold pressed the beetroot, the raspberries and the basil
  3. Mix all together and serve with love.
