Cold pressed juices are not only healthier but more delicious as compared to regular juices. They allow us to keep all the vitamins and enzymes of the fruits and vegetable. A tall glass of cold-pressed juice is the closest you will come to, to actually eating a fruit or vegetable, while keep all of its nutritional goodness.
Ingredients: (1 glass)
- 1 beetroot
- 1 cup of raspberry
- 1 juiced lemon
- Juice your lemon.
- Cold pressed the beetroot, the raspberries and the basil
- Mix all together and serve with love.
