WARMING CEREAL & KIWI
for 1 serving
-1/2 cup of buckwheat
-1 piece of ginger
-1/2 fresh lemon
-1 tbsp of pecans
-1 tbsp of sunflower seeds
-1 tbsp of cinnamon
-1tbs of coconut oil
-salt & pepper
*Rinse and cook cereal in a pot.
*Once water is evaporated, juice the lemon and allow the cereal to absorb it. Add the cinnamon, a pinch of salt, pepper, and coconut oil. Grate and juice the ginger.
*Chop pecans and toast them with the sunflower seeds.
*In a bowl serve the warm cereal, top with the nuts, the shredded ginger, and the pieces of kiwi.
*Serve with love and enjoy!
