A nice alternative at our #YALAkitchen BERRY LOVE BOWL


for 1 serving

-1 cup of blackberries
-1 banana
-1 piece of ginger
-1/3 cup of strawberries
-1/3 cup of dried cranberries
-1/4 cup of roasted peanuts
-1 tbsp of popped amaranth
-1/3 cup of oatmeal
-1tsp of pure raw sugar cane
-1tbs of coconut oil


*In a blender add the blackberries with a banana, lemon juice, fresh ginger and blend until smooth.
*In a pan brown the oatmeal with the coconut oil and the raw sugar cane until golden.
*In a bowl serve the berry smoothie and top with the fresh granola, any nuts, strawberry, roasted peanuts, dried cranberries, and popped amaranth.
*Serve with love and enjoy!
