A blue smoothie/cereal bowl to start your day?
BREAKFAST IN BLUE by #YALAkitchen
Ingredients (for 1 bowl)
1/2 cup of blueberries
1/2 cup of gluten free oat flakes
1/2 cup of almond milk
1 tbs of Agave sirup
2 tbs of coconut flakes
2 tbs CHIA seeds
In a blender mix together the GF oat, half of the blueberries, the agave sirup, the chia seeds and the almond milk.
Put the mix in a nice bowl and decorate with the coconut flakes and the rest of the blueberries.
