Enjoy the fresh taste of Basil during the summer!
INGREDIENTS: (2 people)
- 1 small iceberg salad
- 20 leaves of fresh basil
- 1 cub cabbage
- 1 small avocado
- white toasted sesame
- 4 tbs olive oil
- 4 tbs apple vinegar
- 4 tbs gluten free tamari sauce
- black pepper
Cut the cabbage in very thin peaces and put in a glass container. Add the apple vinegar, the tamari sauce, 1 tbs of salt and the sesame. Close with a lib and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
Cut the iceberg salad, the avocado and de basil in small pieces. Put in a 2 bowl and add in the center the cabbage.
Add the olive oil, the salt and pepper to taste. Decor with the sesame and other seeds you like.
