Stimulate Muladhara, your 1st chakra, with this red and grounded salad.
- 1/2 cup Blueberry
- 1/2 cup julienne raw red beet
- 1 cup iceberg salad
- 1 tps mix sprouts
- 2 medium zucchini
- 4 black toasted olive
- 2 tbs apple vinegar
- 2 tbs extra-virgin olive oil
Wash all the vegetable and fruits and dried them. Cut the iceberg salad and the olives in small peaces.
With the help of a vegetable slicer cut the zucchini and the raw beets.
Mix all the ingredients in a nice bowl and add the apple vinegar, the olive oil and just a pinch of salt as the toasted black olives add a salty taste to the dish.
