INGREDIENTS: (2 small bowls)

– 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
– 2 cups chopped Kale
– 1/4 cup Proud Mix (Mung Beans, Adzuki Beans, Lentils)
– 1 green Lime
– 3 small branches of Romarin
– 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
– 2tbs Extra virgen Olive Oil
– Salt



Cut the cherry tomatoes in small pieces.
In a bowl mix the chopped kale with the romarin, the olive oil, the balsamic vinegar and the lime juice. Massage the leaves for some minutes.
Add in the bowl the cherry tomatoes and the fresh proud mix. Salt to taste. Decor with some slices of lime and the romarin.
