2 tablespoons honey
5 tablespoons peanut butter
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 bowl of Kale
1 fistful of peanuts
For the sauce:
Stir together the honey, peanut butters, soy sauce, rice vinegar, olive oil, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper in a small bowl.
For the salade:
Cut in very small pieces the kale, ad 3 spoons of the sauce and start to massage the leaves for at least 5 minutes, until they are soft.
Add a fistful of roasted peanuts on the top to decorate
