An healthy recipe to balance your Muladhara Chakra
WHAT YOU NEED :
- 250g red Rice
- 250g black Rice
- 4 medium fresh red beets
- 4 Purple Carrot
- 100g fresh green bean
- 50g of fresh spinach
- Olive oil
- Vegetable broth
- 15 cm leek finely chopped
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 3 tablespoons masala spice
- 3 tablespoons of sesame
- Spicy masala : fenugreek, cumin, pepper , coriander , cloves, turmeric, mustard
HERE THE SECRET
Cook for 30 minutes the two rices in the vegetable broth.
During the cooking time, cut the beets and carrots into small pieces.
In a large pot cook the leeks with olive oil and masala spices untill the become golden. Add in the pan beets, carrots and beans and two cups of broth . Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes, then remove the lid for another 5 minutes of cooking.
Drain the rice , add it with vegetables in the pan. Add the fresh spinach and cook for 5 minutes more .
Remove from heat and add the finely cut coriander, the sesame and olive oil.
