An healthy recipe to balance your Muladhara Chakra


  • 250g red Rice
  • 250g black Rice
  • 4 medium fresh red beets
  • 4 Purple Carrot
  • 100g fresh green bean
  • 50g of fresh spinach
  • Olive oil
  • Vegetable broth
  • 15 cm leek finely chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons masala spice
  • 3 tablespoons of sesame
  • Spicy masala : fenugreek, cumin, pepper , coriander , cloves, turmeric, mustard


Cook for 30 minutes the two rices in the vegetable broth.

During the cooking time, cut the beets and carrots into small pieces.

In a large pot cook the leeks with olive oil and masala spices untill the become golden. Add in the pan beets, carrots and beans and two cups of broth . Cover with a lid and  cook for 5 minutes, then remove the lid for another 5 minutes of cooking.

Drain the rice , add it with vegetables  in the pan. Add the fresh spinach and cook for 5 minutes more .

Remove from heat and add the finely cut coriander, the sesame and olive oil.
