An energetic granola to start a creative weekend‬ :

Ingredients for 1 bowl:
-1/2 apple
-1 piece of ginger
-1 orange
-1/2 cup of chopped pineapple
-1/2 chopped kiwi
-cashew nuts
-1/2 tsp spirulina powder
-1 tbs cranberries
-4 tbsp of toasted oatmeal


*Wash and peels all fruits.
*In a blender add the apple, orange juice, pinapple and ginger, and blend till smooth.
*Serve on a bowl and top with toasted oatmeal, chopped kiwi, cranberries, spirulina and much love.
